Dhaka, 16 August 2025 – The Australia Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ABCCI), in collaboration with Metamorphosis Ltd., hosted a stimulating session on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Business Efficiency at Sheraton Dhaka. The session brought together renowned business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to explore how AI is transforming the operations of businesses today.
The event was officially inaugurated by Mr. Ben Carson, Trade and Investment Commissioner of the Australia High Commission in Dhaka, who attended as Guest of Honour.

Their talks covered the evolving spectrum of AI applications, including: Automation, Predictive analytics, Chatbots, Workflow optimization, and Hyper-personalization. Real-world case studies showcased how AI is enabling organizations globally to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance both customer and employee experiences.
