Job Overview:

We are looking for smart, analytical, and driven individuals to join our ERP team as Odoo Business Analysts. Ideal for recent BSc graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in the field of ERP, business automation, and client consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing client business processes and workflows
  • Document and communicate requirements clearly to technical teams
  • Support Odoo module setup, configuration, and testing
  • Perform system demonstrations and basic user training
  • Identify gaps in functionality and suggest improvement areas
  • Prepare reports, user manuals, and training documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • High IQ, fast learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Bengali (written & verbal)
  • Familiar with documentation, spreadsheets, and basic process mapping
  • Interest in ERP systems (Odoo preferred but not required)
Plus Points (Not Mandatory)
  • Any internship or experience with ERP/Odoo systems
  • Basic understanding of business operations (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with flowcharts, UML, or BPM tools
